Terms & Conditions

I. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 The promotion is open to legal residents of Belgium aged 18 years or over at the time
of entry.
1.2 Employees of PepsiCo, KFC Belgium, their affiliated companies, agencies, distributors,
and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
1.3 The promotion is valid from 16 June 2026 until 6 July 2026 inclusive (the “Promotion
Period”).

II. HOW TO ENTER
2.1 To enter the promotion, participants must:
a) Purchase a qualifying KFC Mix Bucket Meal with a Pepsi drink for 2 or 4 at a
participating KFC restaurant in Belgium during the Promotion Period;
b) Access the promotional entry page by scanning the QR code displayed in-store
or on promotional materials;
c) Complete the online entry form by providing:

• Full name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Order Date
• Order Number
• KFC Restaurant ordered from
• Proof of purchase (picture of receipt upload)

d) Submit the completed entry form before 23:59 CET on 6 July 2026.

• URL through which consumers will enter the competition accessing it via QR
  code on printed materials found in-restaurant:

2.2 A valid entry consists of:

• A qualifying purchase made during the Promotion Period;
• Complete and accurate submission of all required information;
• Valid proof of purchase.

2.3 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, submitted outside the
Promotion Period, or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions may be
disqualified.
2.4 Only one (1) entry is permitted per qualifying purchase.

III. WINNER SELECTION
3.1 One (1) winner will be selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion
Period.
3.2 The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted under the supervision of
the organizer or an independent third party appointed by the organizer.
3.3 The draw will take place on or around 10 July 2026.
3.4 The winner will be contacted via email and/or telephone using the contact details
provided at entry.
3.5 If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within forty-eight (48)
hours, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the
organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
IV. PRIZE
4.1 The prize consists of:
• Two (2) Grandstand tickets to the FORMULA 1 MOËT & CHANDON BELGIAN GRAND
PRIX 2026.
4.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no cash
alternative will be offered.
4.3 The prize excludes all costs not expressly stated, including but not limited to:

• Travel
  Accommodation
  Food and beverages
  Insurance
  Parking
  Personal expenses

4.4 The organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or
greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

V. GENERAL
T&Cs:
• This promotional competition is organized by PepsiCo & KFC Belgium (the “Organizer”) and is open to persons aged 18 years or older residing in Belgium, excluding employees of the Organizer and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members. Only one entry is permitted per qualifying order containing a Mix Bucket Meal for 2 or 4 purchased from a KFC in Belgium between
16 June and 6 July 2026; entries submitted outside this period will not be considered, and incomplete or incorrect entries may be disqualified.
• The Organizer reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and proof of purchase. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date and will be contacted via email or telephone and announced via KFC Belgium’s social media channels on or around 10 July 2026; if the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 2 days, the Organizer reserves the right to
select an alternative winner. The prize consists of 2 Grandstand tickets to the FORMULA 1 MOËT & CHANDON BELGIAN GRAND PRIX 2026 and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives; any additional costs (including but not limited to transport, accommodation, meals, and insurance) are not included. Personal data will be
processed solely for the administration of the competition and to contact the winner. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the competition or acceptance or use of the prize, reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud or breach of these terms, and may modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control; participation implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Formula One World Championship Limited and its related companies (“F1”) and the Event Organiser each are not responsible for or involved in the organisation, development, execution or results of this promotion. This promotion is organised exclusively by Portfolio Concentrate Solutions. Therefore, F1 and the Event Organiser each assume no responsibility for any aspect related to the dynamics of the promotion, including but not limited to, the selection of winners, the awarding of the prize, or any inconvenience that may arise during the promotion. Any queries,
complaints or concerns regarding the promotion should be directed directly to [Portfolio Concentrate Solutions], and not F1 or the Event Organiser. F1 and the Event Organiser, including any of their subsidiaries or affiliates, each waive any liability arising from the promotion and shall not be liable for any damage, injury or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the promotion.

VII. DATA PROTECTION
7.1 Personal data collected in connection with this promotion will be processed solely for the administration data protection of the promotion and prize fulfilment purposes.
7.2 Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and
PepsiCo’s Privacy Policy, available at www.pepsicoprivacypolicy.com.
7.3 Participants may exercise their rights regarding their personal data in accordance with
applicable privacy legislation.

VIII. Selection mechanism for determining the prize winners
37. A participant qualifies for a Prize by submitting a valid entry.
38. ​​The winners will randomly be selected from all valid entries​.
39. A winner will be informed via ​email​ about the Prize won no later than ​72 hours after
10 July 2026. Each winner is entitled to claim their Prize within ​48​ hours after
having received a message from the Organiser. If after this period no response has
been received by Organiser, Organiser will select a new prize winner.

IX. GOVERNING LAW
8.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Belgium.
8.2 Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.
